We offer easy 7-day exchanges and returns for our handcrafted gifts and festive hampers.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Custom or personalized artisanal items cannot be returned unless damaged during transit.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspecting returned items. Refunds credit to your original payment method, excluding initial delivery costs.

Please ensure your returned items meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Items are unused in original packaging

• Purchased within 7 days

Non-returnable handcrafted items:

• Customized or personalized gifts made specifically for your order.

• Perishable festive treat hampers and food products.

• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear after delivery.

• Artisanal products bought during final seasonal clearance sales.

We reserve the right to evaluate returned handcrafted products for quality compliance before issuing a refund.

Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please pack items carefully in original boxes and ship using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for packages lost in return transit without tracking proof.

Gifts

If your product was received as a gift, store credit will be issued upon return receipt.

For gifts returned without proof of purchase, store credit is sent directly to the recipient.
